Canvas took a small environmental CSR initiative – The Compost Café, which repackaged retailers used coffee grounds and gave out to shoppers for free to use as home compost – and turned it into a large scale 6 figure partnership with Lavazza. The partnership included an experiential, pop-up retail units and an outdoor media campaign running across 5 centres during Winter 2019/20. Since launch over 15 tonnes of coffee has been recycled with the initiative now rolling our nationally.
